Grandma's House

Hello fans!
As I mentioned before, I am now at Grandma and Grandad's house. I have put some pictures on here so you can see me in my new house. There are lots and lots of stairs, and I get very tired going up and down them all day. I do have my own room, though. Someone said it was Kaylee's room, where she stays when she comes to visit, but I am going to have it now, so she might have to sleep on the floor or something. If she's really nice to me, and behaves really well, I might let her share with me. I'll think about it.
I also have some friends here. Trevor the Tiger is a good buddy of mine, and I was also surprised to find that Elmo lives here! I mean, he's really famous, he is on TV and everything, I didn't know he lived in Grandma's house! He does talk a lot, though.
There is some nice food here. I do like bananas, though they are a bit big for me. But there is also some small-size food for me as well, as you can see in the pictures. There is also a really big TV, which I like to watch. There aren't many jungle shows on, but I do like In the Night Garden and The X Factor. There's also a picture of me on Grandad's computer, writing my blog!
I am going to get to meet Kaylee and Spencer soon. I didn't know they were small, like me! I like their photo. I heard that their mummy is a very good cook. That's good because I am a very good eater! If I like it there I might decide to live there instead.
It is nearly my bedtime now so I will have to go. Until the next time, night night,
Brian xx

England here I come

Hello everyone,
I have now left Florida and I am in England. I am at Kaylee and Spencer's Grandma's house. It's very big, and has lots of stairs for a little lion! You can see some pictures of me. One is of me sitting on the aeroplane. I was watching the Star Trek film. Nobody told me I would be able to watch movies on a plane, that is so cool! The food was very nice, but just in tiny little trays so there wasn't much. Luckily I ate Grandad's while he wasn't looking! That was funny because he thought Grandma had eaten it! The air stewardesses were very nice, and they all thought I was very cute, which of course I am. The flight was very long, but I did manage to get a little bit of sleep, up in the overhead locker. They are more comfy than they look, but maybe that is because I am so little! Spencer, give it a try next time you fly, buddy.
You can see in the picture that Grandad packed me into his backpack. He wanted to put me in his suitcase, but Grandma wouldn't let him. I wanted to go to Universal Studios but Grandad insisted on leaving me in the car. He said I would make a good guard dog. Well, I am not a dog, of course, I am a lion, but I don't think Grandad has noticed! Anyway, it was fun looking at all the other cars for 3 hours, doing nothing..........that's why I ate his dinner on the aeroplane! Haha!
I was shocked to find how cold it is in England. It was dark and raining when we got here. I don't mind, though, as Grandad is going to take me somewhere called Dubai soon, and he says it's very hot there. I like Grandma's house, even though it has a lot of stairs. I am sleeping in Kaylee's bed, which she sleeps in when she visits, and it's very comfy! I hope I don't fall out, though. It's a long way off the ground!
I will take some pictures of me in Grandma's house soon, and I will put them on here next time. Please leave a comment if you read this. I noticed I got 2 comments already - thank you for those - but I would like some more, and some more followers too. Tell your friends about me. After all, not many lions have their own blog pages, do they?
I have to go and get my lunch soon, so bye bye for now, or as they say in England, toodle pip!

Last day in Florida

Hello again,
This was my last full day in Florida. Tomorrow I will be leaving here and going to England, which is very exciting! Someone told me it is very cold in England, but I think they were joking! At least, I hope they were!
We had lots of fun today, as you can see. After my nice breakfast of toasted bagels and Lucky Charms, Grandad took me to play mini golf at the Jungle Golf place. I like jungles, because I am a lion and jungles are where lions come from. We enjoyed ourselves quite a lot. I even got to play the bongos. You didn't know I could do that, did you? Neither did I!

Everyone seemed to enjoy it, though. They were all shouting and waving their arms around quite enthusiastically. I like to see people having a good time, don't you?
We met a very big giraffe, I think he said his name was Gerald. I really wanted to keep him, because I think he would make a very good snack - ooops! Silly me! I mean pet! But I wasn't allowed to keep him. Apparently he is too big to take on the aeroplane tomorrow. I haven't been on an aeroplane before. It sounds very exciting, even though we have to be on it for HOURS!

I am packing my suitcase ready for the trip. I'm not sure how a little lion like me is going to carry a big heavy suitcase. I think maybe Grandad will have to carry it for me. He doesn't seem very keen on that idea, though.
So I am ready for the trip, and I will put more pictures on here after I get to Grandma and Grandad's house. Don't forget to comment after you read this. Thanks for popping in. See you soon,
Love from Brian xx

If you read this, please comment!

Hello fans, it's me again!
As you can see, I have more photos to show you. I am still having a lot of fun here. I even went to church while I was here. They said they had never had a lion turn up before!
I got some cool M&M stickers for my friends Kaylee and Spencer, which have their names on. Now they can stick them on things all over their house! Their mummy will be so pleased!

You can see I went to Pizza Hut. I like the photo of me with the Mickey Mouse T shirt. It really suits me, don't you think?
It has got a bit cooler here in Florida the last couple of days. I might have to consider going somewhere else if it doesn't warm up again soon. After all, I have my sun tan to maintain. And I am a lion. We like hot places.

I hope there is someone out there actually reading my blog. I am a bit worried because I have not had any comments yet, and I'm starting to think that maybe nobody really cares about a little lion like me. Please let me know what you think, even if it's "go boil your head", though I hope it isn't! Boiled lion's head isn't very nice, or so I'm told. I would just like to know that somebody really is reading this.
Anyway, I can hear the Magic Kingdom fireworks starting, so I am going out on to my balcony to watch them. Looking forward to all your comments! Please!
Bye for now,
Love from Brian xx

Me at Downtown Disney

Hello again!

Brian here. This time I went to Downtown Disney, which has lots of shops and places to eat and cool things to do. I thought you might like to see some photos of me (well who wouldn't?). Lots of people were staring while I was posing for the pictures, but I expect that's because they could see how handsome I am. Anyway, here are the pictures.

This is me outside Planet Hollywood. It's a funny shape for a building! They do lovely food in there, though! They also have hand prints of famous people in the walls. As you can see, Mickey Mouse and I have the same size paw prints!

I also found some cool things made of Lego bricks. There's a big shark, and a dragon, and some ducks - oh, wait, the ducks were real!

I also saw somw of my Disney pals, like Winnie the Pooh and Tigger, too! (That rhymes! I can do poetry!)The princess was really pretty, but she didn't say much. And there were some nice jungly creatures, which made me feel quite at home. All in all, quite a nice day!

Some photos of me in Florida

Hey, look, I figured out how to add the pictures! Here are some shots of me, enjoying myself. Hope you like them! Aren't I a handsome lion!

In the first pic, I am swimming with a guy called Jeff. He is Kaylee and Spencer's grandad. He travels a lot, too, and he says he might take me with him when he goes places.
You can see me hard at work here, on my sun lounger, relaxing with a cold drink, listening to music and playing golf (see what I mean about the golf club!) It's a hard life being me, but someone has to do it.
Hope you like my photos.

Hello!

Hello everyone,

My name is Brian The Lion (though I usually miss out The, it's not a very good middle name anyway!) and I travel around the world and generally have lots of fun. It's quite good being a lion. I don't have to go to work, like the humans do, and people often think I'm cute (can't blame them for that - have you seen my photo!) and so I get to have my picture taken in all sorts of places.

This week I am in Orlando, Florida, USA. Not a place renowned for lions, I'll grant you that. If I had been an alligator, well, that would have been a bit tricky. This place is crawling with alligators (sometimes literally!).

Of course, being a civilised lion, I don't eat humans. I much prefer places like Pizza Hut (that marinara Tuscani pasta is to die for! Mmmmmm!) though I try to keep off the desserts. A lion has to watch his waistline, and besides, I have to leave room for the odd zebra - oooops, sorry, just ignore that!

I like to go shopping, and it's amazing how fast the mall empties when a lion walks in. I suppose they just know instinctively that I like my privacy! I usually get pretty good service, too, nobody argues with me, ever. These humans are so nice!

From time to time I'll be making posts on here, telling you all about my adventures and putting pictures on, as soon as I've figured out how to do it! The man who sold me the laptop seemed to be a little nervous, or maybe he was just in a hurry, so he didn't show me. Oh well, I'm sure I'll be able to do it soon.

I have a couple of friends who I'd like to say hello to. Kaylee and Spencer. You live in England somewhere. I haven't been there yet but I think I might go soon. One day I might even get to meet you. I hope so, as you both look very tasty - oooops, sorry, I mean friendly! Silly me! :)

I am having such fun here in Florida. It's really warm and sunny here, just how I like it. I just learned how to play golf. The humans call it mini golf, but I'm only 12 inches tall so it's not very mini to me. All I need now is a 4 inch golf club and I'll be even better at it. For the moment, though, I'm off swimming. I'm sure the humans will make plenty of room for me when I get down there.

Hope you enjoy my blog. See you soon.
